How to make mofongo with shrimp | Recipes with Ros Emely

Hey guys!! I have another great and easy recipe. Today we'll be making mofongo!! with shrimp. Such a delicious and classic recipe. Originated in Puerto Rico and adopted by us Dominicans. Hope you all enjoy :)

Ingredients*
--2 green plantains (peeled and cut)
- garlic
pinch of salt

* Stewed shrimp *
--1 pound of medium shrimp (deveined and peeled)
--salt and pepper to taste
--1 teaspoon garlic powder
- red onions, green and red peppers and tomato
--a pinch of old bay seasoning
--fresh parsley
- half a cup of tomato sauce

*pickled onions*
--red onion
--vinegar
--pinch of salt
