This construction site is located in the centre of Perth City. The block is around 120m² and currently consists of two Western Power transformers.

The construction project includes a 3-story tower to be named the "Elder's Street Lookout", which is surrounded by a structural steel and glass façade. This steel structure and glass facade which reaches approximately 24m high, was completely manufactured in WA and presents as the main attraction of the building.

Previous collaborations instilled trust and confidence with the Client and the Architect to approach Gwyth Jones to work together on this elaborate commercial construction project in Perth.
