This video is all about one of the cleanest and most original "dentside" ford trucks around. This 1976 Ford F-150 is a regular-cab pickup that was initially delivered to Archie Cochrane Ford of Billings, Montana, and was acquired by Jeff in September 2020. The truck is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic over blue vinyl upholstery and is powered by a 360ci V8 mated to a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case. Features include a bed cap, 15″ wheels, front disc brakes, a push-button AM radio, and an 8-track player.
The Styleside truck is finished in Midnight Blue Metallic with light blue pinstriping, and the bed cap features interior and exterior woodgrain trim. Exterior details include a tow ball, a sliding rear window, and a polished front bumper with over-riders and yellow-tinted auxiliary lights. Exterior blemishes are noted on various body panels.
Steel 15″ wheels wear bright covers and are mounted with 33×10.5″ BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A tires. A removed factory wheel set with tires is still with the truck. The truck is equipped with manually locking front hubs and power-assisted front disc brakes.
The cab features a bench seat upholstered in blue vinyl along with a color-matching dash pad and door panels. Additional interior features include a Philco push-button AM radio, an 8-track player, wind-up windows, and Ranger badging. The two-spoke steering wheel features woodgrain trim and frames a central 100-mph speedometer flanked by gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, charge, and coolant temperature. The five-digit odometer shows 15k miles, approximately 500 of which were added by Jeff
The 360ci V8 is finished in blue and is topped with a matching air cleaner assembly. Power is sent to the rear or all four wheels through a four-speed manual transmission and a two-speed transfer case.
