The Countermand Amendment will allow 60% of State Legislatures to rescind any Federal law or regulatory ruling that is burdensome to their citizens, businesses and industries without the consent of Congress, the Courts or Executive Branch. With the Countermand Amendment States will be respected partners in government, not subjects to Federal mandates.

• Executive Orders such as the recent one legalizing 5 million plus illegal immigrants; or
• Federal Court decisions that made Traditional Marriage illegal; or
• Congressional budgets that add $1 trillion of new debt each year; or
• The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) which denies citizens and professionals Constitutionally protected rights of choice and free market principles; or
• The Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision that amended the Constitution of the United States without ratification by the States; or
• Laws that prohibit the free exercise of 2nd Amendment Rights; or
• EPA, BLM, IRS, DOJ agency rulings that violate our personal liberties and States Rights; and more.

We can rescind unconstitutional laws and agency rulings without the consent of Congress, the Courts, or Executive Branch safely, quickly and successfully.
