Scene 1: Union Pacific's "City of San Francisco" meets the "City of Los Angeles". COSF is led by four E8s' in A-B-B-B formation. COLA (on the left) has three Milwaukee Road E9's powering it.
Scene 2: UP Big Boy #4024 passes a stopped "City of San Francisco".
Scene 3:Union Pacific's "City of Los Angeles" (on the left) meets the "City of Portland". NOTE: Each of the three Cities trains shown in scenes 1-3 has a different and unique consist.
Scene 4: Southern Pacific's version of the COSF. It is identical to the COSF consist shown in scene 1 except for the motive power.
Scene 5: Four UP E8's lead the "City of St. Louis" It also has a consist unique to this train except for motive power.
Scene 6: Southern Pacific's version of the "Overland Mail" (simply known as #21-22 on SP) moves through Clarksville behind six F units. My version shown is actually about 10-15 cars shorter than the prototype trains were.
Scenes 7 & 8: Four Alco PA-2's now lead Mail #21. Notice the REA reefers up front with strawberries.
Scene 9: Southern Pacific's "Owl" moves past with a blunt end 10-6 on the rear.
Scene 10: Quick look at Amtrak Cascades train #516.
