Welcome to the labyrinthine depths of the "Menace Under Otari" cave system, an intricate and perilous battleground from Paizo's Pathfinder 2E Adventure Path.

Upon entering, adventurers find themselves in a foreboding cellar that marks the beginning of their descent. The air is thick with the musty scent of age and neglect, hinting at the dangers that lie ahead. Venturing further, they encounter a chamber draped in thick, sticky spider webs, suggesting the presence of enormous arachnids lying in wait.

Deeper into the cave, an old crypt stands as a solemn reminder of those who once inhabited this place. Nearby, an ancient shrine holds relics of a bygone era, offering both mystery and danger. Among these sacred sites, the presence of Abadar is felt, with a dedicated space that hints at the cave's historical significance and religious diversity.

Descending to the second level, the cave reveals even more secrets. Hidden rooms house mysterious orbs of extraordinary power, their purpose and origins shrouded in enigma. In another chamber, a beautiful fountain glistens invitingly, but adventurers must beware the enchanting allure of the mermaid statue that guards it.

Kobolds make their presence known with hay-filled sleeping quarters scattered throughout the level. These cunning creatures have carved out a life here, culminating in the throne room of their formidable kobold king. This regal chamber is the heart of the tribe's power, but the challenges don't end here.

Beyond the throne room, a cavern of giant mushrooms awaits. This eerie landscape conceals a hidden treasure and harbors the cave's most dangerous inhabitant. The vibrant fungi, while beautiful, create an atmosphere of suspense and imminent danger.
