Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi addressed the annual NCC PM Rally on 27th January 2025 at the iconic Cariappa Parade Ground in Delhi. The event was a vibrant showcase of discipline, patriotism, and youthful energy as NCC Contingent performed a spectacular marching parade and offered a ceremonial Guard of Honour to the Prime Minister. The event will include a cultural programme on the theme ‘Amrit Kaal Ki NCC’ showcasing contribution and empowerment of the Amrit Peedhi. In the true Indian spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam, more than 2,200 NCC cadets and young cadets from 24 foreign countries will be a part of this year’s rally. It underlines the values of discipline, leadership, and patriotism that NCC cadets embody, positioning them as torchbearers of the nation's progress during this pivotal time.

In the context of the 2025 NCC Rally, "Amrit Kaal NCC" emphasizes the role of the National Cadet Corps (NCC) in this transformative era. It highlights the contribution of India's youth, especially NCC cadets, in building a stronger, more developed nation.

At the 2025 NCC Rally, 144 young cadets from 18 friendly foreign countries participated, adding fervor to the event.
