Twisted Cheesy Garlic Breadsticks | Cheese Twisted Bread | Garlic Breadsticks | Bake and Toss

These easy cheesy garlic breadsticks are a totally irresistible side dish, appetizer or snack. To say these homemade breadsticks are delicious is a gigantic understatement, especially when dipped in your favorite marinara or pizza sauce. The breadsticks are covered with butter, garlic & herbs, and mozzarella cheese. Bake until golden and you have a side that majorly competes with the main dish.

Ingredients (12 breadsticks):

Dough:
130ml (1/2 cup) lukewarm milk
5g (1 tsp) instant yeast
30g (2 tbsp) sugar
1 egg
280g (2 cups) bread flour
1 tsp salt
Grated cheese of your choice (cheddar cheese, mozzarella, etc)
crushed parsley (dry)

Garlic sauce:
100g melted unsalted butter
1 egg
2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp fresh cream or whipping cream
3 tbsp crushed parsley
3 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp mayonnaise
