shakarpara is a most popular deep fried Indian snack which is prepared during diwali festival or any other occasions as well as a tea time snack. in this video I've made shakarpara with whole wheat flour also known as atta and jaggery to make it healthier. It tastes mildly sweet and crunchy! Thank you so much!
Ingredients:
Wheat flour- 1 cup
Ghee- 1/4 cup
Jaggery- 1/2 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
( boiled & cooled milk)
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp
Salt - a little bit 
Oil to fry.
