I’ve realized there’s the version of me I imagine, the one who’s calm, consistent, and makes choices I’m proud of. And then there’s the version of me that actually shows up: distracted, sometimes unmotivated, sometimes not living the way I want.

What I’ve been working on is closing that gap. Not to become some idealized version of myself, but to become someone I actually like being. Today I want to share the shifts that have helped me get closer to that version, things you can try too.
