This is a 60 minute relaxing yin yoga class for your physical and emotional wellbeing. A slow, nourishing sequence of longer held, static postures designed to release congestion in the connective tissues that surround your muscles, joints and organs. It's a quiet, introspective class that is deeply calming and relaxing. The only prop you'll need is a blanket.
Sequence includes: supported bound angle pose, reclined twist, sphinx & seal, open wing, sleeping swan and caterpillar pose - providing a deep stretch for your hips, shoulders and spine.
