Kodwa Corruption Case | Matter against Zizi Kodwa and co-accused Jehan Mackay remanded: Melusi Xulu

The corruption case against former EOH Executive Jehan Mackay and his co-accused former Sports, Arts and Culture Minister, Zizi Kodwa has been remanded to 24 October.

This as both accused have now made representations to the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Today's court appearance was expected to produce the outcome of Mackay's representations, however, the court heard that the decision is not ready yet.

This was when Kodwa's legal team also revealed that in light of the postponement, it also took the opportunity to submit representations. This is a stark contrast from Kodwa's legal team's previous position that should the matter face any further delays, further legal action would follow.
