Who doesn't love Mac n Cheese?
Not the supermarket packet though. Never going there!
Just a beautifully balanced mix of macaroni in a cheese sauce built on fried onions & dried chilli, topped with breadcrumbs and baked in the oven. Yum!
You want the sauce to be cheesy but you don't want to drown the pasta in a flood. You still want to be able to taste the pasta.
The simple things are often the best!
