The Star Adventurer Clutch. How to use it with a telescope

When the Clutch is loosen tracking will stop, and when you tight the clutch the motors will engage and tracking will begin. Knowing this you may wonder if you should stop or not the tracking when loosening the clutch and moving the mount and telescope to another object, and if is safe.
