getting 100 in all skills

the fallout show didn't set the world on fire, honey, but it did relight a flame in my heart. recently on stream, i replayed fallout 1 (my favourite) and finally finished fallout 2 for the first time. now i'm revisiting fallout 3. basic idea of the run is that i want max special and max skills. i started with pretty low intelligence, but i've been doing a lot of reading on my travels across the capital wasteland.

everything was great in the vault until one day dad escaped and turned my world upside down. i have found and read over a hundred and thirty books in this run. i just got Almost Perfect and picked up the SPECIAL bobbleheads. now i just need a few books to max out my skills. near the end of the game now
