I covered this song 5 years ago but back then i didn't truly understand the meaning/feeling of the song. There's no way to prepare ones mind for what it's like to love someone and then to lose them, or what it's like to witness the process of that love decaying before you and there's nothing either one of you can do about it. It's just apart of growing up and discovering the brightest heights and the darkest depths of who you are and those you let in. I listened to my old cover of this the other day and decided I needed to sing it again with my new voice. Thanks for listening.
