1968 Mustang GT 390 Restoration

Описание к видео 1968 Mustang GT 390 Restoration

This is our 4th episode of this restoration project, here are a few words from the owner. He found his Mustang GT Fastback on Craigslist in 2012. The ad said it was a "Red Fast Back 4 Speed- Needs Paint" but it had no pictures. He called within 30 minutes and the owner said he was the 3rd person to call - he said he’d purchased it in the early 80's and didn't do much with it, he was retiring and moving out of state.  Our client immediately drove to his house, curious about the actual condition because the asking price was very low.  When he arrived he was told he was first to arrive, and the garage was empty except for the Mustang. He noticed the car had GT badging, Fog Lights, GT Hubcaps and GT Gas Cap .... and it was a factory S Code 390 Mustang.  Within minutes they agreed on a price and he drove it imediately to the Secretary of State and transferred the title! The only thing our owner has done is rebuilt the 390 GT engine, new tires, and carpet. Everything else is the way he bought it, and now we’re making it a beautiful showcar he’ll be proud of! Enjoy the episode and remember to subscribe to see more!
