US President Donald Trump has approved a bill imposing tough sanctions against Russia. According to the Economic Times, the bill includes provisions for imposing tariffs of up to 500% on countries that buy oil from Russia, particularly India, China, and Brazil. Republican Senator Lindsey Graham said that he met with Trump at the White House on Wednesday, where the president gave his approval to the bill. The bill had been in preparation for several months and is expected to be brought to a vote in Congress next week. The bill is titled the "Sanctioning of Russia Act 2025."

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति डोनाल्ड ट्रम्प ने रूस के खिलाफ कड़े प्रतिबंधों से जुड़े एक बिल को मंजूरी दे दी है। इकोनॉमिक टाइम्स के मुताबिक इस बिल में रूस से तेल खरीदने वाले देशों खासकर भारत, चीन और ब्राजील पर 500% तक टैरिफ लगाने का प्रावधान है रिपब्लिकन सीनेटर लिंडसे ग्राहम ने बताया कि बुधवार को व्हाइट हाउस में उनकी ट्रम्प से मुलाकात हुई, जिसमें राष्ट्रपति ने बिल को हरी झंडी दे दी। यह बिल पिछले कई महीनों से तैयार किया जा रहा था। इसे अगले हफ्ते संसद में वोटिंग के लिए लाया जा सकता है इस बिल का नाम 'सेंक्शनिंग ऑफ रशिया एक्ट 2025' है
