Dhruv loses himself in his recurrent reflections on his past voyage. He enters Princess Tara Priya's designated praying space. He finally bows down in front of the statue of Lord Krishna despite not believing in God. Dhruv begins to pray to God and expresses his thanks for making things happen when there was little chance of happening. He also asks God for assistance in telling his life partner how he really feels. Princess Tara Priya is quietly observant and hears Dhruv's requests. Raj Vaid is given the order by Samrat Singh to poison Mahaveer in order to protect his family.
