In this video I have covered street to street development of Sangar Phase 1. I also added a map to this video to give better orientation of the project. Residential and commercial plots in Singhar Phase 1 enjoy immediate possession, hence construction is feasible right now.

Development of the project had been delayed a lot due to changes policies and other issues related to overall Gwadar development. But since Gwadar Master Plan was announced in 2019, CG Group revised the development charges of Sangar Phase 1 and now possession is also available.

Road infrastructure, electrical poles, sewerage system, water supply pipelines, construction of public parks and plantation are some of the key development updates we have noticed in the past 1 year or so.

Now few houses and one commercial plaza are also under construction in Sangar. To compare the development progress, please watch this video I made few months back.
