The Brush: West Coast Shaving Infinity Brush with 26mm three band finest badger knot. This US artisan-made brush handle is a unique ergonomic and comfortable shape. It’s a stunning pour with some nice iridescence and depth. It seems to change in the different light. The knot is fairly dense but not a lather hog. The loft is set at the sweet spot giving it decent scrub and minimal floppiness. The fan splays easily and covers a lot of real estate. This is a stunning brush offered at a competitive price. Look out for the weekly brush drops.

The Soap: WCS Oriental. (Luxury Cream base by Catie’s Bubbles). The scent is a 8/10 scent strength thick woody classic oud-rose combo, with well balanced spiciness, leaning more woody and spicy than floral – the rose is subtle. This lather is thirsty, with a wonderful creamy and fatty feel on the face. This latest luxury cream base by Catie’s Bubbles easily generates mounds of peaky, dense lather.

The Razor: Tanifuji Spalding 6/8 full hollow spike point 1950’s Japanese steel.

The Aftershave: WCS Oriental. Same scent as the soap, but a little brighter and less dense. The scent on this aftershave is very strong and lasts for hours. It works well for the cooler weather.
