Firefighters battle blaze at house in Stockport

Firefighters are at the scene of a house fire in Stockport.

Emergency services were called to Lawton Road in Heaton Chapel in the early hours of Monday morning (May 13).

Footage from the scene overnight shows bright orange flames erupting from the roof of the property.

Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service is at the address, along with Greater Manchester Police.

t has not yet been confirmed whether anyone was injured.
