We continue our quest to make a big heavy cut, and maintain a good chip while doing it. I will use the first tool bit and make some grinding mods to try and get a better chip form from it. I then show you how I grind my favorite tool bit, a chip breaker, and proceed on making the ultimate chip, while removing maximum stock from the material.
I had fun making this one guys, and I hope you enjoy watching.
We will follow up this video with at least one more showing how to get good finishes from high speed tools.
