Hood Betty and Archie is looking for clues again. Under Jughead’s direction, the Junior Serpents League abducts Penny and drops her off in Greendale with a warning to stay off their turf. Meanwhile, Veronica wants to prove to Archie she stills cares about him, and so she spills his $86,000 family secret to her parents in the hopes that they would help but they didn't she used there credit card anyway. Betty and Archie find themselves in the cemetery long story short they think they got the sheriff to kill the black hood.

Southside High has been abruptly shut down.Special Agent Adams meets with Archie. Alice and Betty pay a visit to the sketchy Last Resort Hotel to meet her brother who rejects them at first.Alice lovingly tucks Chic into bed, but it isn’t long before he’s looming creepily over sleeping Betty.
