Green Goodness Slaw Recipe:
SLAW:
1 kohlrabi bulb and leaves
3 kale leaves, stems removed
1 broccoli head
1 celery stalk
1 garlic scape
1/4 cup fresh dill
borage flowers

DRESSING:
1 cup avocado mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tablespoon lime juice

Whisk together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, honey, and mustard until smooth.

Add all spices and lime juice. Taste and adjust, it should be tangy, creamy, and slightly sweet.

FLAVOUR VARIATIONS:
Asian twist: add sesame oil, rice vinegar, and toasted sesame seeds
Mexican style: add jalapeños, lime zest, and cheese
Southern comfort: extra honey and a dash of hot sauce

Let dressing sit for 10 minutes to let flavours meld.
