25 April 2024, Asia Pacific roll-out of the 2nd Edition Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse Guidelines.
In collaboration with UNICEF and IRC, the Asia Pacific GBViE WG hosted the launch of the 2nd Edition of Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse in the Asia Pacific region.
The new guidelines include revisions and content additions based on practitioner feedback, the most recent evidence and learning. The second edition aims to bring a stronger focus on gender inequality and intersectionality, as well as the connections between the best interests of the child and a survivor-centred approach.
