CCC3 - PUR, the Wheelchair-Accessible Language

A submission to the #ccc3 / #CCC3 (Third Annual Agma Schwa Cursed Conlang Circus), in the form of a language spoken entirely by falling down the stairs (or, in this early form, a wheelchair ramp. Which is like half a stair).

This language is both a Proto-lang and tells a story, so I'm gunning for those bonus points!
