Here are some pointers. Yes, there is some danger in changing a car battery. This video talks about the positive and negative terminals, the polarity, the computer, the black hole where your tools can fall if you leave them in the wrong place.

If your battery is bad and the car battery is still in warranty, you can bring your mustang to Ford, they will test it, and replace it. The battery has a different warranty than the car itself.

If you are out of warranty this is my list of places to get a battery.

1. Walmart.
2. Auto zone
3. O'Reily
4. Advance auto
5. Pep Boys

I like Walmart the best because of their easy return policy. They will test your battery. If it shows a problem, they will have you pick out another one. Paid promotion. Also, if there is any acid leaking out along a seam, they will replace it also.
