The Manila International Film Festival held it's introductory Film Festival at the Director's Guild of America this past November 2023 with its full festival event happening on January 29, 2024 - February 2, 2024.

The original red carpet event in November featured from the Philippines such as Romnick Sarmenta, Eisel Serrano, Enchong Dee and KaladKaren plus Fil-Am celebrity guests such as Reggie Lee, Tootsie Guevera, Tia Carrere, JB Tadena, Jon Jon Briones and director Marie Jamora.
