Education has been a trademark of Turf Equipment and Supply for many years. Our Landscape Products Group is offering a solvent cement weld and bonder certification training. The two-hour virtual session will teach you the principles and techniques of correct solvent welding for plastic joints. We will even send you some fittings for you to join and then we will send to a lab for testing at 680 PSI! The class will also be taught in Spanish. Our service group has two more upcoming virtual training events planned in February. We will take the mystery out of Tier IV engine technology in a session on February 2 and cover Foley grinder setup and maintenance on February 17. These sessions are filling up quickly so register today on-line at our website under the events tab.

Finally, another training event coming up in February is the golf irrigation technician training with a focus on pumps stations. Plan on being a part of this training pumps are a very important part of your irrigation systems operation. Pump stations and what you as an irrigation technician need to know about them will be covered. We went to a couple courses before the systems were blown out and collected video footage from skilled pump service technicians.
