These tea sandwiches are not only perfect for an afternoon tea party, but they would be great for any type of springtime, brunch like Mother’s Day, or Easter brunch. The possibilities are endless.!

Classic cucumber tea sandwich
-6 slices of potato bread
-1 english cucumber
-4 oz cream cheese(half a block)
-1/4 cup kewpie mayo
-2 Tablespoons fresh parsley
-1 Tablespoon fresh chives
-onion powder
-salt and pepper


Smoked salmon rounds
-smoked salmon
-rye or pumpernickel bread
-Cream cheese
-fresh dill
-lemon zest
-lemon juice
-salt and pepper

Egg salad tea sandwich
-potato bread
-4 boiled eggs
-1/2 cup kewpie mayo
-minced shallot
-fresh chives
-onion powder
-garlic powder
-paprika
-salt and pepper


Hydration mocktail
-1/2 teaspoon ting
-1/2 lemon
-coconut water
-pinch of pink Himalayan sea salt
