Finally, here is the meditation!

I hope I didn't make you wait too long and that it will work for you as much as I want it to.

It is a meditation to recognize your blockages, accept them, and talk about them. Because we spend too much time telling ourselves that we don't have any blocks and just ignoring them, but I believe that we need to recognize them in order to move forward.

This method does not require any visualization, even at the end where I ask you to think about your reality. Just think about what you will do in your daily routine, etc. No need to visualize.

Here's the type of sentence you can write in your script: "I can still hear my guided meditation even after I've shifted, but once I open my eyes in my desired reality, the voice is no longer there."
