Coorg Tribal Food in the Real Wild | Indian Tribal Food Video

ട്രൈബൽ രുചികളുടെ വിഡിയോകൾ നമ്മൾ നേരത്തെയും ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്, പക്ഷെ കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് കാട്ടിനുള്ളിൽ പോയി അവരുടെ കുടിലിനു മുന്നിൽ ഇത് ആദ്യമാണ് രുചി അനുഭവം. We did many videos on tribal cooking, but this is the first time that we did a video outside Kerala, that too in a jungle with the tribals of Coorg. They cooked soft shell crabs, jackfruit, and jungle tubers for us. We had to travel almost 3 to 4 kilometers inside the forest where they lived in their huts. If you think that it could be a village inside the forest, no! There were just 3 huts in the dense forest and these tribals of Coorg live in those 3 huts. A very unusual experience for a food vlogger like me, but I enjoyed it. I know it is tough for them to live in that wilderness; their children do not get proper education; they don't get any facilities like the city dwellers, but they are happy living in that way. There are also benefits like no stress and no lifestyle health problems. Living a life so close to nature!

കാട്ടിനുള്ളിൽ, വളരെ ചെറിയ 3 കുടിലുകളിലായിട്ടാണ് അവരുടെ താമസം. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരുടെ വീടുകൾക്കടുത്തെത്താൻ 4 കിലോമീറ്ററുകളോളം കാട്ടിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിക്കേണ്ടി വന്നു. വന്യമൃഗങ്ങൾ അവിടെ സാധാരണം ആണ് എന്നാണ് അവര് ഞങ്ങളോട് പറഞ്ഞത്. ഞങ്ങളെ അവർ സ്വന്തം പോലെ സ്വീകരിച്ചു. ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് അവരുടെ ഏറ്റവും നല്ല രുചികൾ പാകം ചെയ്തു തന്നു. കൊടഗിലെ മറക്കാൻ ആവാത്ത ഒരു അനുഭവമായിരുന്നു അത്.
Coorg or Kodagu has many tribal communities. In this video, we were hosted by Kurumba tribes. They prepared wonderful sautéed wild leaf, boiled tender jackfruit, soft shell crab curry, boiled wild roots, rice, and rice soup. I will never forget this experience of tribal food in Coorg, but will surely plan to explore more tribal experiences in the future.
