To live with Bipolar, to have it a part of your life, with all it's extreme ups and downs, and then learn to manage it is one of the most empowering things you will ever do. Those of us who battle this insidious disorder know intimately the challenges, the pitfalls and the work it takes to get through the day to day and all about the 'bipolar daze'. Knowing there are many others out there that are getting help, battling the demons, being faithful to meds, sharing their story, rising above and ultimately thriving with this disorder, well that gives us all hope.
