লন্ডন বৈঠকের পর নির্বাচন নিয়ে সন্দেহ কেটেছে বিএনপির। যদিও নির্বাচন বানচালের জন্য বিভিন্ন মহল থেকে ষড়যন্ত্র হচ্ছে এমন অভিযোগও রয়েছে দলটির। তবুও সব ছাপিয়ে সঠিক সময়েই নির্বাচন অনুষ্ঠিত হবে বলে আশা নেতাকর্মীদের। কিন্তু এই নির্বাচনে খালেদা জিয়া অংশ নেবেন কিনা তা নিয়ে শঙ্কা ছিলো। এবার সেই শঙ্কা উড়িয়ে দিলেন বিএনপির ভাইস চেয়ারম্যান আবদুল আউয়াল মিন্টু। জানালেন, সব ঠিক থাকলে আগামী নির্বাচনে অংশ নেবেন বেগম খালেদা জিয়া।
