INGREDIENTS
1kg duck (cut into curry pieces )
4 tbsp of mustard oil (you can use any cooking oil )
2 small bay leaves
1 tsp of cumin seeds
1 large onion, sliced
2 tbsp of freshly crushed ginger&garlic
2 tsp of roasted cumin&coriander seeds, roughly crushed
1 tsp of ground red chilli
3/4 tsp of ground turmeric
1 tsp of meat masala (ready made )
salt to taste
5 mexican coriander leaves / culantro
1 ghost chilli pepper
some chopped coriander leaves
