Hey! In this episode we talk about physical products- Kristen Runvik founded Lagom Body Co., a plant-powered and herbalist formulated skincare that is made by hand.

She share some of what she's learned in my quick Skype call with her including how she decided which products to roll out first, er startup costs, Instagram pods (what?!), and how she has transitioned from digital marketing/coaching realm to creating something tangible.

I'm thinking of doing a live stream on Friday to chat about some of the people I interview in this week's releases. Would that be something you would attend?
