Our First Boat: Unboxing, Discoveries, and Challenges! - Episode 9

What did we get into? Join us as we embark on our journey of boat ownership. We "unbox" our Catalina 30 sailboat for the first time and explore its features and face the challenges of understanding its various components. We look at each compartment and the not-so-pretty insides of our boat, trying to figure out what needs to be done to get her ready for our first sailing season. From discovering unexpected water in the bilge to figuring out the complex wiring system, we share our experiences with honesty and humor. We filmed this video back in October, the first few days after getting the keys to our boat. Join us for some exploration, confusion, laughs and see what it's really like to own a 40-year-old boat.
