Despite democracy as a concept gaining traction, individual voices are getting lost in the din of collective power broking through the stronghold of collective community decisions often unpalatable to many. The compromise of the individual to his / her collective socio-cultural commune is an outcome of their necessity to coexist in peace and without ostracization.
As the media obsesses over political parties and ideological stances and policy decisions or lack of them the individual is more and more on the sidelines / fringes of the decision making process.
The influencers are more the powerful community leaders who can influence voting patterns, the corporate big wigs and others that work in tandem as collectives with the power to sway due to either financial or other lures to the increasingly fragile individual struggling against inflation or to find and keep a job.
This channel endeavors to capture the "voice of the man on the street"
