This rare television program was based on the famous Philips H. Lord radio program of the same title which aired from 1939 to 1952. This TV version was not as successful, lasting only a few shows in syndication. Mr. District Attorney was similar in script and content to Gang Busters and of course, that program was created for radio and then television by Philips H. Lord.
