Aluminum Cast Belt Grinder Tracking Wheel

Cast and machined tracking wheel for a new belt grinder I plan on building.
Bearing are 6201 with dust seal (2z).
I tried to model the wheel hole in the split pattern, but gave up as pulling the pattern out of the mold without breaking it looked very unlikely. If you want to download a Fusion360 file of the pattern visit my website: https://blackbeardproject.com/
I removed the hole as molding it's more trouble than boring.
Also made a little mistake with this flask and pattern combination, I should have glued the pins on the other half of the pattern as this way I had to ram the mold with the tong side facing downwards, making it harder to close due to sand filling the inner portion of the tong and groove lock.
Sand used is Petrobond, oil bonded sand specifically made for metal cast.
