These three clip on LED lights (Red,Green, White) can be used as small watercraft navigation lights, or used independently as an area light, bike light, camping light, etc...

The pinch-clamp allows them to clip to any tab, nylon webbing, small cord or flap. The package also includes three Velcro wraps that you can wrap around small poles or a paddle and clip the lights to.

Each light comes with 2x 2032 coin cells installed, and they also include 6x extra coin cells (one battery change per light). They include the small Philips screwdriver needed to change the batteries.

The plastic case will do a relatively good job of keeping water out of the circuit inside, but there is not a gasket or anything that would prevent water intrusion if you immersed the light underwater, so do try and keep them above the waterline.

They have a constant on mode, and two flashing modes which you cycle through by pushing the button. I accidentally left the red light on for 36 hours and it was still producing light at that point, but was much dimmer than the green/white lights.
