Life-skills training empowers vulnerable families

Some South Sudanese living with disabilities in Jonglei state say they suffer during flood season. A state government official says a lack of funding is to blame for the slow response to flooding. Weather experts warn that floods are expected this month because of high water volumes at Lake Victoria.
