Egg White Pizza Buns are the bomb! Using an Egg White Pizza Crust and filled with Turkey pepperoni and low fat mozzarella make this perfect for your PSMF Diet days! As well as very kid and family friendly!

**NOTE** I used ¼ c egg white powder in this video but it is also good with less, please experiment as we all have our own idea of what is dry, too dry or too soft! This recipe works with 2 tbsp but you have to experiment!

For this keto pizza bun recipe I used:
• ½ c egg whites
• 4 tbsp Egg White Powder (use less if you want!)
• 1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
• ½ tsp cream of tartar
• 1/8 tsp xantham gum
• Pinch of Redmond real salt

Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes

Macros for 1 Egg White Pizza Bun: 77 Calories, 13.2 g Protein, 2g Fat, 2g total carbs,0.2 Fiber
