In a country as diverse as ours, there is no dearth for variety, be it language, customs, traditions, culture or even food. Every region could boast of a unique history of its own.
This distinctive program tries to explore both the history of the region and also the unique food items that are an exclusive identity of the region.

Each episode would cover a region, wherein a brief history of the place, locations of historical importance, etc would be presented and the food item characteristic to the region, its history, usage in preparing a menu are all covered.

Though the focus of the program is the state, at times even food items of other states or even countries could be covered with interesting, hitherto unknown snippets.
