Ingredients

Prawns – cleaned & deveined
1 Egg (beaten) – optional (skip for vegetarian/eggless)
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – 2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 2 tsp (adjust to taste)
Kitchen King Masala – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Coconut Oil – for frying
Psyllium Husk (Isabgol) – for coating (secret ingredient for crispiness!)

Step-by-Step Recipe

1. Marinate Prawns
Add coriander powder, cumin powder, chilli powder, kitchen king masala, and salt.
Beat 1 egg and mix with prawns (optional).
Marinate for at least 30 mins, or overnight for best flavour.

2. Prepare for Frying
Heat coconut oil in a pan.
Roll marinated prawns in psyllium husk (Isabgol) to coat evenly.
Husk is the secret ingredient that makes them extra crispy without flour!

3. Fry Prawns
Fry coated prawns in hot coconut oil until golden brown and crispy.
Keep flame medium to avoid burning.

4. Serve & Enjoy
Place fried prawns on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
Serve hot – crunchy, flavorful, and guilt-free!
