My long time subscriber “THE DOC” takes us through his new purchase in Todi, Umbria, Italy. It’s a lovely town with lots going on. His apartment is totally renovated and he even has a private parking garage inside the historic center.

You won’t believe how nice it is and he even got all the furniture and accessories down to forks and knives for the purchase price. We had a small technical issue with “Kona Kam” but we will have it next time!
