Hello friend and welcome to Farmers wife Homestead. It's great to have you here. Today we are trying out a new method called steam canning and instead of buying yet another piece of equipment I'm using my presto pressure canner to do it. I usually water bath can my pineapple but hauling heavy pots is not good for me. it was a great success as you will see and I will be using this method all the time now.
