Diamond Circle in North-East Iceland: a Memorable Road Trip

The Diamond Circle is a stunning road trip in North-East Iceland that covers a variety of beautiful sightings and hot spots of unearthly landscapes. If you are going around the Ring Road, the Diamond Circle should be included in your Iceland itinerary!

The "classic" route covers the Goðafoss waterfall, Lake Mývatn, the Dettifoss waterfall, Ásbyrgi canyon and Húsavík ("the whale capital of Iceland") and is about 250 km long.
