Thielco Steel Solutions Group invests in four new rubber belt tumble blast machines for the Geomet® corrosion protection of small steel parts
The Thielco Steel Solutions Group based in Reuver (NL) is a specialist company for the professional surface treatment of large and small steel parts for various industrial sectors, such as automotive, offshore wind, oil and gas, construction and transport.

Replacement of the existing blasting systems for Geomet® coating of screws.
In 2018, the largest investment to date in new blasting systems followed in the Geomet® coating line for small parts (bulk goods), which has been in operation since 2007.
"The existing blasting systems from another manufacturer were worn out after more than 10 years of continuous operation and no longer met today's quality standards. The ongoing maintenance and spare parts costs were too high, it was no longer economically sensible to continue operating these systems. They simply had to be replaced, ”Michèl Jacobi explains the reason for the large investment. "We consulted with our longstanding plant manufacturer WMV Apparatebau GmbH. In addition, the requirements of the Geomet® licensor N.O.F. to consider. Their recommendation and our own extremely positive experience with the previous AGTOS shot blasting machines led us to choose four AGTOS rubber belt tumble shot blasting machines of the MG 0180 series ”.
